Because Tennessee needs to grow up and stop losing to garbage teams like this Florida team if they want to grow up and compete again. It is just a stupid logo and a building.

Our rivals and their fans don't act this way. If we want their success level, we need to stop acting this way.

Well thinking Mark Stoops will do better is a joke. When was the last time he has taken a team to CFP? Maybe beats FL but how does he he do vs Tennessee?

Yes, but "he needs to go" is BS even if he loses to FL.

I'm sure you don't ACTUALLY want to replace Heupel with Bob Stoops even if we lose.

The "he needs to go" if he loses isn't rational.

For sure, Heupel needs to reevaluate his staff WIN OR LOSE at the end of this season. The longer he tries to "maintain stability" or whatever he's doing rather than getting some fresh eyes in the coaching room, the more we stagnate.

Heupel, himself, is the best head coach we can get right now.

Fla will score a minumum 35 on us. And their defense is pretty good. this will be our typical 35-17 type road loss to uf. They have easily as much talent as we do.

With Banks Fla has a good chance and Lagways career is about to be revived. If I am Fla I am going for it on 4th down everytime regardless.

It’s not even remotely logical to conclude this based off one game. What about all the common opponents where Heupel won and Stoops lost? Why don’t those count? It’s obvious that Florida is a different team at home than on the road, just like most teams. Forget common opponents, why doesn’t head to head mean something? We beat the crap out of UK in their house. Heupel has thoroughly dominated UK since he arrived, including some of the best UK teams in history. Let’s ignore all that and make a dumb statement based on a single game outcome in a sport where transitive properties means jack squat. Makes total sense. Not.

The crowd should not be into it nearly as much now that they have clinched a losing record. That loss last night took a lot out of them. Nothing to play for now for them. No excuse to not win this game for Vols.

This game was going to be hard enough. Now that it is a night game just adds to the difficulty. But I think Tennessee is better than Florida. If the Vols can convince themselves of this, they can beat them. But I have never seen as wacky a season as this one You never know what version of what team is going to show up on Saturday.

This is another reason why I know you are out of touch with this, go to any twitter discussion or message board and you will see nearly every other fanbase saying the same things we do.

of course they "act this way" it is the nature of the beast

and again our success on the field has nothing to do with what moronic fans think here or on facebook...you are projecting some insecurities of yourself honestly

It spreads all over the media so yes it does. The Florida comments are not just limited to VolNation and you known it. It plays a part. Take 2022 LSU for example, we had no mental block with them and that was why we won big in Baton Rouge. Heck we won easier against them than Florida even though LSU was a lot better team than Florida. It has an effect, how else do you explain Tennessee's performance against Florida?

Bad coaching at times, being out talented at times, it's a tough place to play and some bad luck

It happens to every program at some point of their existence, was ohio state a "trash program" for getting owned by Michigan for so many years? is UGA a "trash program" for being owned by Bama, how about when UT owned them for a decade? of course not.

and then your statements about the fans and social media mean NOTHING, no one cares about that on the team
