I don't actually think you mean, "we're going to get Chip Kelly." Rather, what I think you're asking is if Kelly's offense is going to work in the SEC.
Well, yes. Any offense can work at just about any level (there are some exceptions to this), with players that can fit your system and having guys who will buy in.
There isn't one way to win in this league, but we've been conditioned to think that because most of the teams who dominate this league have solid rushing attacks and good defense. However, I don't think this is because that style is most conducive for success, rather, it is because nobody has tried anything else, aside from Kentucky's air raid in the 1990's, or Auburn's 2010 championship run with Malzahn (although that offense is basically a wing-T out of the shotgun).
