the quotes vs the headlines are two different things.

he absolutely should make sure the cops in his city are keeping an eye on ICE for anything illegal they might do. just because they have a badge doesn't mean they are above the law.

the headline makes it sound like he wants them arrested for being ICE alone.

I am curious about much say a president actually gets in their library? Who sets/approves the budget?

I had always previously assumed the ex-president raised the money from donations because most of the libraries have been reasonable. Obama's is huge... I will let McDad do what he wants with that.

That same Chicago school district where the Dems stole $23M (that we know about) has a HS reading proficiency of 22%. So only 1 in 5 kids in HIGHSCHOOL can read at or near the MINIMUM threshold for regular/remedial English class at their grade level. We aren't talking about 22% are in Advanced classes, or AP classes and proficient/passing with the accelerated curriculum. 22% meet the minimum possible threshold for literacy at their grade level...which is insane.

Only government is somehow allowed to fail miserably at almost everything they do with zero repercussions. Those teachers, administrators, and endless Democrat bureaucracy (which usually outnumber actual teachers 5 to 1 or more) will all get paid to come fail again next year. Union jobs with built in raises year over year, pensions that nobody in private business has anymore, great benefits nobody else can afford, and job security. They will continue to fail 80% of the time at getting students to simply read at grade level minimums...and will never change because they don't have to. What a damn joke.

Chicago is a "gun free" zone. Democrat stronghold doing what Dems do. I would guess those kids...none of which were 18/21 to legally buy/own their guns anywhere in America...are part of the 78% of HS kids in Chicago that are functionally illiterate. They have about zero chance of ever becoming productive, working and law abiding citizens.

Democrat-Run Chicago: At Least 14 Shot During Weekend​

At least 14 people were shot, six of them fatally, during the weekend in Democrat-run Chicago, Illinois.

CBS News reported that the weekend’s first fatal shooting was a double homicide Saturday night which left two women, ages 68 and 71, deceased. Police found the bodies “in the 10400 block of South Peoria Street” about 10:50 p.m. Saturday and both had gunshot wounds to the chest. A 75-year-old man was subsequently arrested in connection with the incident.
