It den't look like mch will come from this but it just shows there are no squeaky clean coaches out there. This s a slimy business and and aybody who thinks it not is just engaging in pollyanna thinking. The CDT haters loved to make him out to be some kind of way out of the norm type were just looking for a reason to be thankful for his demise. In truth most programs have one foot on a banana peel unless they are the big boys and then different rules apply. For the record I doubt that North Carolina and their coaches will get as much as Pearl did here,

Can you people read, or are you just ignoring things so you can complain? Texas says nothing points to Barnes being involved or having any knowledge. What exactly is your definition of "squeaky clean"?

And yes, CDT apparently is out of the norm, because most coaches don't get fired after 1 year on the job when they finished .500. Plus most aren't dumb enough to go deleting emails in the middle of an investigation.

We're getting way off topic here, but Steph finished 10-20, and 7-13 from 3 in game 3. He started cold, but was the main reason that was a 1-pt game inside 2 minutes to play after trailing by 17 going into the 4th.

Not to take away from Delly, but Steph ate him and everyone else alive in that 4th quarter, and I believe hit six of his final seven 3s.

I do love Delly though, and his toughness and defense have been major in giving the Cavs a fighting chance in this series.

In the beginning the DT story was nothing to worry about so many posters said. Look at the mess his story became and the dark cloud that hovered over the basketball program all season. Whether this story is true or not the dark cloud will still be there until the end result comes. Ijs...

The biggest of the big boosters have been informed by Hart there is no fire . I don't think he would convey that after the DT mess unless he was certain. They were in the loop on DT mess . He never gave any assurance to anyone on that.

The biggest difference to me is I don't recall USM coming out day 1 declaring Tyndall innocent. Maybe they did, but I sure don't remember them doing so.

They definitely did not. If you see Rob Lanier and Chris Ogden get the boot a week before the season starts, then you may want to worry.

The biggest difference is that was an NCAA investigation while this is not.

Nevertheless, the cloud still hangs over our heads. As long as a small inkling of the accusation exist and an investigation is lingering its a cloudy day on the Rocky Top. I just want an official word that we are in the clear. Until then, like before....I'm worried.

I don't see many who seem truly worried right now, as I said above, if Lanier and Ogden get canned a week prior to the season then I would start to worry.
