There was no evolution, you saw Obama as some mythical being sent to set the country right. But he was always just the corrupt product of a corrupt system, Obama is the same as any other president with different window dressing. He's more like Trump than you care to admit, he just has a different style. But remember style is just window dressing.

This is why I had hope during Trump's first presidency, as an outsider I thought he had a chance to fundamentally change the stranglehold the ruling elite have.

I was wrong, and now I know this countries citizens gave up too much control to ever get it back, saved armed rebellion, which even then I don't believe has a chance due to advancement of arms.

The "threat" tag was used internally for tracking instances to identify possible wider occurrences, to determine if it's something that should or shouldn't be on the FBI's radar. That's really what you have a problem with? The internal tracking mechanism used for instances of threats against educators?

Since when do you guys trust whistleblowers anyway?

The actual number of formal investigations isn’t the point here. It is the chilling effect it created on free speech.

Yes It's a problem when they are acting on the hyper partisan NSBA and teachers union behalf. Opening investigations on crime that's is one thing, but individuals only expressing concern were referred to and interviewed by DOJ counter terrorism officials with no evidence of any crime committed, just the word of NSBA officials who didn't want themselves held to account by the people they serve.

They treated concerned parents as domestic terrorists..............

The problem is that since the effort was publicly known; do you think that parents would have some fear speaking out in their local school board meetings.
I feel Garland’s whole goal wasn’t to actually catch culprits; but to deter speech. Which is an abomination to a free people.
The fear was the whole point of the exercise

Just to be clear, this is not justification for anything.

You think the decision to beliebe being a choice means nothing is forced down our throats. Just to be clear, you don't have to believe anything gay people tell you either.

Nobody can force you to believe but they can force you to go to church. They can/and have imposed norms on all of us. Your community can pressure you. Church was compulsory for me growing up, despiremmte the dangers of molestation. The gay kids didn't do anything to me.

Some evolutionary changes prove to be beneficial and some changes prove to be damaging. The key is in keeping the positive and eliminating or adjusting the negative.

Speaking at school board meetings =/= threatening school board members and teachers.
