Charlie Kirk Shot and killed

Vile Protester Screams 'f***' Charlie Kirk As He Drives Through Vigil

A protester screamed 'f*** Charlie Kirk' as he drove through a candlelight vigil honoring the late conservative activist.

Hundreds of mourners gathered at the Idaho statehouse Wednesday to pay their respects to Kirk after he was shot dead by an unidentified assassin at Utah Valley University earlier that day.

But a massive brawl broke out at the event after a man riding past on a e-bike yelled out the expletive.

Kirk supporters knocked the man to the sidewalk, sending him curling into a ball, eyewitness video published by KIVI-TV shows.

The protester was apparently kicked and punched by the angry mob as they repeatedly shouted 'U-S-A! U-S-A!'

A woman could be heard pleading for the mob to stop, while others shouted 'get him!'

Boise Police officers stationed nearby eventually intervened and pulled the man to safety, before taking someone into custody. It is unclear if anyone has been charged in the incident.

Despite being pulled out of the chaos, the protester continued to try and antagonize the group.

Very sad and scary situation. This country is in trouble. We are bitterly divided, and increasingly violent. That's a bad combination.

I obviously didn't agree with Charlie Kirk's political ideology, but he seemed like a good person and he had a family. You really do have to hurt for them. Condolences to his wife and kids.

Again .... this country is in trouble, guys.

Political violence against speech is never acceptable...unless we want to force you out of the country because we don't like your opinions.

Yes; while we have to tolerate subversive celebrations of political violence from our citizens, we're under no obligation to import it. Guests can remember they are guests, or be escorted out.

Way different situation now compared to 1996. Think about cell phone tracking, cameras everywhere and the forensics that have come leaps and bounds in 30 years.

I saw a press release from the Task Force that said they got the suspect on a Ring camera in the neighborhood. Something impossible even 10 yards ago, but routine today.
Another thing this guy has going against him is his lack of gloves.

I'm a .308 guy. I did attempt to switch to 6.5, but went back to 'ole reliable. I know I can hit out to 800 no problem with it.

6.5 Is the darling at the moment, but it's funny that even with everything that comes along new and shiny, we eventually go back to proven.

Except for the. 45...
