Chaney interviewing with Rams?

There's about a 195% chance that you're just pulling percentages out of your :moon2:

It's called hyperbole. Of course, no one could know the percentage. It adds an element of humor. It helps to know your audience. I tend to forget the old PT Barnum dictum and assume I'm talking to intelligent people.

The thought that it was Dooley's idea is based on the fact that every time Dooley said something like "we're going to try whatever we can to get such and such going" there were novelty things such as the wildcat the very next game. Then there's the fact that he is the head coach; and, giving him the benefit of the doubt, this would imply that the final decisions on such drastic changes are his.

You're clueless.

Hard to make adjustments when you can't rely on your OLine to get enough of a push to take pressure off the passing game.

Or make adjustments when you're trotting out Matt Simms and the likes of Zac Rogers against the nations elite defenses week in and week out.

These aren't excuses, they're reasons.
That is complete BS. The problem was the scheme first and foremost. I agree that our kids aren't as prepared as some of the defensive fronts they faced because they haven't had the S&C/experience that their opponents have.

Chaney made no offensive changes with Simms and Rogers in. We were still running the same scheme as if Bray and Hunter were out there. Without even looking I would wager our second half scoring was towards, if not at the bottom of BCS teams in college football.

I disagree. The schemes changed when Sims came in. We ran the ball more effectively but Sims couldn't execute the passing game forcing the staff to go plan C with Worley. Worley allowed them to go back to a limited version of the scheme they ran with Bray but being a true Freshman without Hunter and no run game everything was harder. When your o-line is outmatched and you don't have a game changer at RB it's kind of tough to run any type of coherent offense. Bray and Hunter covered up a lot of roster issues.
