Carolina Panthers

We forget that the O-line and punter from that team were juicing, so that may be a difference maker.

btw, how has the team's starting run defense looked so far in the preseason?....(save the titans game, since their starter really didn't seem to play too much)

the panthers have looked great overall in each game defensively and top the rankins in most stats in regards to the defense..carolinas problem is not the defense...just waiting to see what we do on offense

Let's usher in an era in the new Meadowlands today... of disappointment for the Giants. Go Panthers!

I am slowly learning to hate Matt Moore. It's one thing to have a poor game, but he is routinely throwing into triple coverage. Isn't that supposed to be his strength?

well, i have to stay by watching the stats that, at the very least, my Ahmad Bradshaw late pick was a terrible idea

I want everyone who doubted me about Matt Moore to apologize.

Ok, just kidding. But I want him to apologize. We lost that game for ONE reason.

An absolute embarrassment is how I would describe the Panthers' performance today.

Moore was awful all day, the O-Line was atrocious and every WR not named Smith was terrible.

Front seven in the defense were good but I swear, Godfrey gives me a headache. It's time to put Pugh in and end the Godfrey era in Carolina once and for all. The guy is just not a consistent performer and never will be.

As funny as it is to say, next week is a must-win...

I guess it's Clausen time in Carolina. I hate to see him thrown in there with an o-line that is performing so badly, and not a second option at receiver. Maybe this will force Davidson to change the gameplan and RUN THE FREAKING BALL like we should be doing. It might be like when Garcia had to come in for the Eagles a few years ago. That forced them to just run the ball, and they found out that they could win games by just doing that.
Just heard heard on a Charlotte radio traffic report that Mackenzy Bernadeau was just passed by another NY d-lineman.

33 pass attempts while having the best duo of tailbacks in the league? That makes no sense.

Amen. Moore looked like a wide-eyed kid on Sunday. He couldn't even complete simple throws but it wasn't all on him.

Our O-Line is about as effective as blocking dummies right now....

Do you think Clausen will make his first start or will Moore be good to go?

I didn't get to watch much of the game as I was on my way home from Kville. But what I did watch was disappointing. Another long year of offensive woes..

I read in the Charlotte Observer today that Fox said Moore was going to be starting Sunday. Guess we will see if that is true or not.

I also read another article that stated that even if Clausen was great if Moore has to be out, Moore should return as the starter when he can come back. How does that make sense!?

Are you sure you read that right? Darin Gant said that Fox just said Moore is feeling better today, and hasn't been ruled out yet. Gant also said that if it really was a concussion, which it was, he sees no way that Fox plays Moore this weekend.

Moore was flat out awful even when he had time.

It was a disgrace to watch. Fox needs to find someone, anyone, who will not throw the ball to the other team.

If not for the turnovers we would have been in the game in the last seconds, and probably winning it.

Just heard that it's "most likely" going to be Clausen this weekend. We are going to lose at home to the freaking Bucs!
I think I hate football, now.

Okay, forget what I said before! Serves me right for trusting ESPN. Now nfl.com is saying that Moore has been cleared to practice, and that if the league passes him, he'll play on Sunday.
