Carmelo is now a Knick

My prayers have been answered. If they didn't get this deal done, I would seriously have to rethink my fanhood.

They paid a heavy price. I hope it works. Sounds like we'll see Mosgov and Felton/Galinari in Nets unis pretty soon.

At least the last remnant of Zeke's tenure is gone, Eddy Freakin Curry the 300lb waste of oxygen that makes Brian Williams look like Dr. J.

Except we got Renaldo Balkman again. Oh well, he's not that expensive and he's a good practice player.

I really liked Felton. It will make me sick if he ends up a Net.

I forsee this team losing games 130-120. Neither mello nor amare like to play defense.

The Heat, Celtics, Magic, and Bulls are still better than the Knicks.

Amare' and Carmelo literally play no defense no matter if their coach wants them to or not. It seems they gave up to much but the NBA has always been a players league.

They'll probably be a 6 seed in the playoffs which would likely match them up with Chicago. Huge for TV and the media.

Now if they got D Williams or C Paul and a real coach, that might be interesting.

Still one of the more baffling draft picks I've ever seen.

Anyways, I don't think the Knicks got better right now...

We'll see if they can use what little salary is left after Melo and Amar'e to build a good team for next season. Doubtful, but maybe.

That's what it's all about. After 2012, they will dump Billups and go after Paul, Williams, or Howard. I'm not too familiar with the other free agents remaining in that group.

Anything the Dolans touch turns into a syphillitic vagina in the end. Knick fans should be worried.

I can live with the players but giving up the picks may hurt.

Yea the picks were more important. I just think that giving up 3 starters and picks is big. I thought they should have waited until he hit the free agent market since it's the place he wanted to be and they could have kept felton and gallinari. Good move getting rid of that awful eddy curry contract though
