Not piling on, but that one play cost us the game.

The play works if JA throws the ball to the outside. Then everyone would have some else to bitch and complain about!

Heupel never chews the players or refs out, that's his problem

Even if a better throw high and to the outside would have required our player to break a tackle to get in.

I think we'll see a significant change in play-calling for the rest of the season. Look for TN to become a heavy run-oriented offense with occasional deep shots and quick sideline throws. Basically, back to the '24 offense where they didn't trust Nico. I think they had a lot of trust in JA up until that play Saturday night.

Put the bong down. Yes we will continue to run the ball because we have a decent running game. But with Brazell on this team and at times Braley and Williams were not going away from taking shots down the field

He chewed Aguilar out because he threw to the inside instead of the outside.

I think he chewed him out because he didn't throw it into the 11th row. Of course he would have needed to get out of the pocket to do that, but that play was never there.

No they called the play, it wasn't checked. Horrible play call and Heupel needs to seriously hold himself responsible. It was a bad throw, he should have put more on it. It is a coach's job to put his players in the best position for success and on that play in particular the coach failed to do that plain and simple.

Ramon Foster said the same thing. Poor clock mgmt (lost at least 30 seconds) causing the staff to rush for one last play.

2nd, poor play call. Foster said on 104.5 zone that a head coach can’t put his QB in that situation.

The formation was such that Bama knew the ball was being thrown to one of the 2 tight ends. Once Joey rolled rt, the entire stadium knew where the ball was going.

Just a horrible play calll. Horrible clock mgmt.

Exactly what was he supposed to be checking into from that formation. No that was the call.
Yeah Joey threw it to the inside instead of outside but that play never should've been called from the beginning.

If he would have put the ball on the outside it would have been a TD.
