Can we win out?

Can we? Absolutely.

Will we? Well......

It's fortunate that Missouri's program has fallen into the dumpster. Tennessee can just line up and run the ball down the throats of the remaining 5 teams. I think Tennessee will be ranked somewhere between #17-#20 when Tennessee wins their Bowl game.

The Cats will be tough but we win by at least 7! We better get a big lead against the Cats. They'll play tough. Missouri's offense is questionable. Vandy beat them 10-3 and Georgia beat them 9-6. I see UT beating Missouri by 14. The rest of the schedule is a given-Carolina, Vandy and North Texas. We'll beat Carolina by 10.
8-4.
We should beat Missouri and and USCjr by 21 at least

Jesus people, does one of these threads have to be made after every loss? I mean do you see the dumb comments in here? Good grief.

You do understand what a message forum is for?

Let folks deal with the outcomes of the games the way they wish. It's therapy.

I wish our big games were spread out more throughout the year. We will run through the rest of the schedule and finish 9-4. Sucks to think we could be undefeated. Next year we will finish undefeated but could of started a year earlier with the dominance.

I'd take 8-4 all day long. I'm not sure we can beat UK, but if we can pull it off, we very well may win out. Fingers crossed.

UK is the toughest game left imo. I think their QB is vastly underrated. He may keep it close but I see the Vols taking it.

UK offense looks good, defense sucks. Vandy and mizzo play good defense, can t score. Sc and north Texas are bad

With five games remaining, we play one team with a winning record- and that's Kentucky at 4-2 (currently playing Mississippi State). Our 4 remaining conference opponents have a combined conference record of 5-13. We also have 0-7 North Texas.

There's no reason on earth why we won't win out. We can save a disappointing season to some degree by taking care of business and ride some momentum into the offseason.

Kentucky and Mizz are the ones im worried most about. we SHOULD win all of em. Probably wont.

Missouri's offense is so bad that it hasn't even mattered that their defense only gave up an average of around 11 points a game over their last 3 games.

That should say plenty.

Umm, Mizzou lost to vandy today 10-3...

And 9-6 to UGA
And 21-3 to UF (QB threw a late pick 6; the defense only gave up 2 scores).

See the running theme?

That defense isn't going to give up much of anything as far as points....

...but it isn't going to matter, because that offense can't put together remotely enough of a score for it to matter.

I actually think we will score a good amount on them. 28-10 type game I can see it being

Have it backwards on the first. Great defense, beyond non-existent offense.

We'll win, but it's going to be an ugly, lower looking score like 17-6 or 20-9....something where it looks like it was an ugly, closer game on the outside, but the reality was it was never even in question because the other offense was so bad it might as well have just taken knees all game.
