California Lunacy Thread

"Said one unnamed, six-figure California donor in the report, “Kamala just reminds you we are in this complete sh!t storm. With Biden, we got bamboozled … I think she did the best she could in that situation, but obviously she knew about the cognitive decline too.”

No mention of the drinking and word salads.

find me backing, or quoting, any celebrity, in regards to a political matter.

you won't.

you are just trying to distract instead of admitting you have become the left you claim to hate.

If you could find a way to split the US equally between democrats and republicans and form separate nations, you would see the left acting like illegal aliens trying to get the hail out of the liberal side to join conservatives.

Not wearing masks doesn't expose cops to doxxing. It's public record.
Do you really think it's good to not be able to identify law enforcement?

Im a small government conservative who thinks that the bloated garbage we now call government should be cut in half at a minimum. I know this isnt what you asked, but just providing context for my answer I guess.

That said, i think ALL police should have bodycams on from the second their shift starts until the moment that it ends...with SERIOUS penalties for it ever being turned off or battery dead etc such as suspension without pay on 1st offense. Its 2025, if taken seriously then I am sure we can provide GO PRO high definition quality video of everything an officer does while on the clock with a badge, gun, and a monopoly on violence. For every moment of their shifts with no exceptions. I also think that they should be paid significantly more than they are in order to attract better candidates for a very difficult job dealing with the absolute worst members of their community all day everyday.

As far as the mask thing goes, when on riot detail as in LA, where the POS Antifa losers are wearing masks and throwing rocks at officers, burning police cars etc I think its perfectly OK for cops to hide their identity as long as their bodycams are on. That way the cops and their families are protected in those hostile environments...but if a citizen feels that a cop has mistreated them or someone else then they could still review bodycam footage of officers that were at that particular location in order to determine if there was misconduct etc. I dont see where having their faces covered in a riot situation compromises the rights of citizens. I have much more problem with the masks on the criminals burning, looting, and assaulting cops. What happens when a SWAT team shows up at a shooting situation? Theres no way for a citizen to identify individual cops with riot gear on either. We have to rely on bodycam footage in those situations as well to determine if rights were violated.

I have much more problem with undercover agent provocateurs such as the 50+ in the small crowd that went on that guided tour on Jan 6th where the cops moved the barracades out of their way and let the people (and agents ofc) stroll right up in the building and then Democrats sent them all to prison for it. Or the agents who talked a half dozen rednecks in Michigan into a plot to kidnap the governor of that state, and then tried to lock them up for decades. Those agents in either of the above scenarios portayed themselves as regular people in order to get people to commit crimes. That is wrong. When a uniformed police officer is standing in front of you with a mask covering part of their face...you KNOW that you are dealing with a cop and can act accordingly. If you feel like they have done something wrong, you can pull out your phone and record them. Then report through the proper channels. I admit that is not an ideal situation...but we are talking about a riot so there arent any perfect solutions that I can see honestly. Good question though. Made me really think about the situation.
