Bye Bye Louisville

Was Breonna Taylor this innocent EMT sleeping peacefully in her bed and had nothing to do with the search warrant? No. Does this mean she deserved to die? No. Was the force used justified given the circumstances? Yes. Can all three be true? Yes.
Nah, Smokey. They had all the time in the world to plan a more civil engagement than a midnight raid with guns blazing...

Unfortunate combination of events!?!?
Tell that to her family. That's saddest part of this whole thing. She brought so much grief to her family by harboring a criminal. nothing she was accused of can justify this monumental **** up. All they had to do was wait for her to go to her car and take her in peacefully.
There’s no excuse for a home invasionA judge thought there was in this and most of not all circumstances. Maybe when your family members die because of one of these doubtful my family members would harbor a drug dealer “unfortunate circumstances” you’ll wake up.

and I’m done with this guy
You should present all of your evidence to a grand jury.

Well for one thing an inch of sheetrock is better than air. In all reality it's much more than an inch of sheetrock. Walls between apartments are required to be thicker construction. Also you have a subject contained rather than running all over the place.

Lol, this is pointless. You think there are virtually no circumstances where law enforcement should forcibly enter a residence. I disagree, although it should be rare there are times I think it's appropriate. I'm not changing your mind,.your not changing mine so may as well move on.
If they really wanted to do something safe, they could have pretended to be FedEx or UPS or whoever was the carrier for the package of drugs and came up with a clever ploy that would catch them off guard. Sort of like this...

Have you taken that to the range yet? I read some discouraging stuff in the past about several issues with 7.62 on the AR frame.
I've shot 120 rounds through it. I'm waiting on 1000 rounds I've ordered. I heard the same things and was nervous. But I can honestly say I've not had one jamb or misfire. I've done two mag dumps and it's ran flawlessly. I was able to round up 6 boxes of red army standard steel case from buds and have had zero issues. If you'reinterested, I'll share all components.

I looked at Bud's - not a good time to need 9mm. Maybe I should buy something different and sell my 9mm ammo. Times must be stranger than I thought, or Bud just isn't interested in 9mm sales which would seem weird.

9mm is tough right now. I’ve been able to find some online at cabelas but it’s a mix of different stuff and you have to get lucky. One minute it’s there....then gone....then back again. I’ve score about 300 rounds in the past 2 weeks.

All ammo is hard to come by, especially the most popular calibers. 556, 9mm, 45 are all hard to get especially in bulk. That was the primary reason for the 7.62x39. I toyed with trying to purchase an AK but they're hard to find too. Parts for an AR upper in 7.62x39 are fairly common. I got 1000 rounds of 7.62x39, hollow point , steel case, to my door for $350.

Seems to me like a lot of folks are okay with what happened because she had a past/record. This comes up in a lot of these recent shootings. Kind of a "well, it shouldn't have happened, but xxx person had a record, so whatever." It is victim shaming, frankly. Seems like folks are tossing out the innocent until proven guilty part to avoid a problem.

This is like that one where the cops are told they'll get a pension to live on when they retire. That was a good one too.

But then touting all of Kyle Rittenhouse's community service and boy scouts BS as reason why he should be set free. Like any of that crap matters.

I don’t believe anyone thinks what happened is “ok” but more of a worst case scenario. You can disagree with laws and hate law enforcement but it doesn’t take away from them having a very stressful, dangerous, and a job that many of you on here criticizing would ever do or be able to do. Hopefully it’s a situation that can be learned from going forward regardless of what the ignorant mobs do. They’re gonna do what they do no matter what.

I don't hate cops, never once said that. And we aren't allowed to criticize anything public servants do? By that logic, no one should ever criticize a President or any other government official because the majority of us would never do or be able to do it. And I agree, hopefully something can be learned from it.
