I have no problem with UT waiting on an investigation in this Bryce Thompson situation. I fully believe in innocent until proven guilty. Just like with AB and the new allegations. I would hate for him to be suspended until proof comes out. I don't think Bryce should be kicked off the team at this point until something is proven. Should not be suspended either, unless proven. Bill Norton was suspended for one game. How long do you think someone should be suspended for a DUI?

I don't have the answer for the DUI question, but probably longer than 1 game. Point is, make sure your sh*t is in order before popping off comments about CURRENT affairs at another university. It's a bad look, self serving and petty.

I hope you've been drinking, if not, I hope you are never in a position of responsibility where peoples safety is concerned. Can you imagine someone threatening to blow up a building, but, as you don't have any proof that they have purchased bomb making materials (as of yet) it is okay, and was most likely said in the heat of the moment with an angry girl friend? When threats are made, especially those concerning violence against multiple people, LEO, must consider them to be real, and work from there. It would be utterly ridiculous to start with the premise that it is just a guy having a normal everyday argument with their girl friend; therefore, no investigation, or hard look should be given. Regarding your statement "You and no one else on this board Knows exactly what happened that night", it appears you have more than the rest of us, hence your statement, "IF, BIG IF, he said anything...".

Obviously you never played football. Clean hit on a tackle and unfortunately Chubb had foot planted. But he had the ball and was running with it. Injuries happen but when they happen on dirty plays chopping the knee cause your getting your azz handed to you is different. Also, Shy is starting in the NFL and your old boy works at Enterprise.

Even if BT can and does play against FL, I just don't see UT stomping the Hell out of FL this year, sorry, but I'm being realistic. But miracles do happen, and we need several, I'll be watching.

As long as BT can run up to the line and make sure those guys dont get pushed 5 yards deep, then cover his man and one other, we should be fine.

He also didn't say he wasn't cleared to play. The question was asked yesterday in the press conference and his response was he hasn't practiced in 3 weeks. But he gave no concreate answer on playing time.
