It has nothing to do with Dooley, if he was leaving after spring practice maybe it could have been attributed to Dooley. With this timing though it is obviously something else, obvious to anyone with a brain at least (not meaning you).
I don't have blind faith in Dooley...
I don't have blind faith in Brown...
I don't have blind faith in Poole or Oku...
I didn't have blind faith in Kiffin when there was a thread talking about him proving himself....
I have to be convinced. I hope Dooley does well. He needs a chance before I'm willing to write him off or declare him a success.
Blindness seems to cut both ways just as sharp. Some have jumped on the bandwagon even to the point of denying the coaching talents of CLK and CMK. That's foolish. Some have written Dooley off because he doesn't run PR campaigns and for various other things that haven't proven out yet... That is just as blind and foolish.
Stats don't lie.
We shouldn't be bashing Dooley yet. Top college programs lose big talent all the time.
Stats don't lie.
Well......if everyone expected Brown to carry Tenn. on his shoulders just off speculation......yep we are in trouble. We have plenty of back-up running backs that will love to fill his position, and will. Heart and character is what we need on our team. Anyone disagree?
Blind faith has apparently become this fan base's MO.
Ha! No, i'm pretty sure they know better then the posters on here claiming otherwise. Look in the context of the post next time.
Or wake from their sleep?
The guy was the best recruit in the nation just a year ago. He was Frosh who played extremely well behind a line with no talent while battling an injury and showing nothing but the most professional attitude a player could have.
We lost a great one here.
4.6 yards/att for a true freshman is more than nothing.
