I'm going to go out on a limb and take a guess that is because no one actually knows what is going on and everyone posting in this thread with "inside information" is speaking directly from their backside.

Mostly Per Hubbs as the only decent source. A couple of others claim to be close to BB. Who Knows.

Lets hope he stays at TN.

Mostly because there's alot more speculation than fact in circulation. This has drug out long enough to have internet myth attached to it.

It appears certain that the Browns met with Dooley and Chaney. Other than that... you probably have a blend of things that real people with real access actually know... and non-sense that people who know nothing just threw out there for the fun of it.

arthur brown is physical freak..he just couldnt figure out the defense and pass coverage..if he goes to the vols...they just have to work with him

i went to the caravan today in pickwick tn..... someone asked about bryce brown.... and dooleys response was brown who ?? i dont think hes comin back or maybe dooley is sick of getting asked that question

I think it has more to do with latter part of your statement. That seems to be the 1st question anyone asks him, so I'm sure he's tired of hearing it. Anyways, I doubt he would even give us an update on his 'status'. We won't know for sure until it is all over with, because Dooley isn't tell anyone; which is fine by me.

At this point I could care less. I've talked to BB a couple of times and he seems like a nice enough guy, but if he does come back he better run for 2,000 yards in a season for all of the soap opera he's caused.

Brown's dad will want to get a big playing time commitment from dooley---if not, he'll probably advise him to transfer.

Perhaps papa Brown is demanding he get a coaching position along with his son's scholly.

If the transfer papers have been processed, would have the meeting take place last month for a release?

Aaron Douglas needed his daddy to help him get out of his scholly. So did Nick Stephens. Apparently they didn't. They probably helped with the move.
