The point was about Reggie Bush in college in Kiffin's system. That's precisely where Bryce would be. Thus the relevance.
Btw... can you use fewer words? It's not like you're saying anything meaningful.
how are the Oregon RB's relevant to Brown?
Right. Like I said, your argument is based on speculation.
You mean like this guy: Jonathan Stewart - Football Recruiting
Mike Bellotti coached all of the RBs I mentioned. He is the current head coach of Oregon. Chip Kelly, who will be taking over HC position at some point, coached Jonathan Stewart.
And yours isn't? It's not that tough of a comparison. One guy was successful for a decade. The other was mediocre for a couple of years.
The bigger question is whether or not you are able to make a compelling argument without ad hominem statements.
No, my argument is not based on speculation. Henry had better stats in some categories and Smith had better in others. What are you trying to say Henry was more successful at? Playing for a long time? Yes. He played longer. Gaining more yards per attempt on average? No. Smith was more successful at that as recorded in the stats.
Again, why the focus on Henry vs. Smith?
I think that Oregon's two 1000 yard rushers last season, Jonathan Stewart's success in the NFL, Jeremiah Johnson's projection to be drafted this year and LeGarrette Blount's projection to be drafted next year are all much more relevant to Bryce Brown.
Thus, we know nothing about whether he can put together a staff and win. All we know is that his staff will be significantly less accomplished than is UT's.
That actually is not true. Chip Kelly has put together winning teams his entire career, even before Oregon.
So far, he has done pretty well with the rushing game at Oregon: Chip Kelly - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There's nothing ad hominem in pointing out an absence in cohesion related to posts on a board where fans actually read them. I'm simply trying to conserve pixels and help save the world from the massive energy wastes associated therein.
I think Bryce would do fine at Oregon.
I think Onterrio was a second-rate NFL back at best. Travis Henry was clearly superior. Onterrio never even managed to get a carry in every game of a season.
Yes, there is something ad hominem in criticizing me instead of my arguments. By all means, if you can't comprehend what I am saying, ask me to clarify. Or, just don't respond.
I'll be happy to answer your questions and/or just discuss things with those who understand what I am saying.
how long has he been a HC?
We had Clawson here last year from that level? I wonder if Chip's offense will be as impressive as was Clawson's?
Is Oregon broke or what?
