Yep, hate it when people get ahead of themselves. He will either be acquitted or found guilty by a jury, not by a group of people at a news station or on a message board.

It's still too early to determine what happened. Was it a joke, was he serious?

He should be smart enough to know that he can't send anything to a 15 year old but hopefully this is more to do about bad judgment than bad intentions.

I want the whole story, not a one-sided report. This could certainly be true. But for all we know, the kid could have made the whole thing up as retaliation for a punishment on the field.

Something very similiar to that happened at a Knox County school last year. Luckily for him and his family, it never got to the media and the charges were proven to be false.

Let's not assume the worst. He was arrested for allegedly sending inappropriate texts to a 15 year old minor male. Everyone jumps to the conclusion it was homosexual in nature. Maybe not--maybe it was inappropriate pics of a gal. Porn or something.

I'm not condoning it; I'm just saying let's don't immediately jump to the worst possible concusion. Even if it's a porn picture, he's still in deep trouble

Wow is all i have to say. I just learned about this. I mean i have known josh and he was a big jokster but this is creepy. I havnt talked to him for about a month or so tho. To clarify he NEVER touched or ever tried to touch us. He has/had a girlfriend who is really hot. She is a former senators daughter or something like that. I am hoping there is more to this then what is being siad. The only input i can say is that he was a big jokester. He would do jokes alot on ppl, but this is waaaaay too far.

Listen, Matt. I know you're probably struggling with a lot of confusing emotions right now.

You may feel ashamed, scared, isolated, humiliated, confused, afraid you won't be believed or that the abuse will get worse if you report it. You are not to blame! Do not suffer in silence, as there are people who can help. I'm not one of 'em, but they're out there.

You can come clean...you don't have to protect this monster anymore.
