Idk. And everyone who said they know Briscoe has said what a great guy he is. I lost all respect for him when he laughed playin Bama after not picking up a first down.

I do know Briscoe and this must be getting blown out of proportion... I dont believe Briscoe would do anything like this...

I never thought Briscoe looked or acted quite right. Hope he took all of that with him. Draw your own conclusions. :ermm::ermm::ermm:

Michael Jackson thinks this is sick.

Didn't someone defend Briscoe for the laughing deal, saying he was a good Christian?

Maybe he wants to be a priest.

I always wanted to be a priest, but found out I couldn't drink THAT EARLY!

I always like Lucas Taylor a lot better... But there are several ways to interpret this... Until the all the facts come to light I shall not judge. :hi:

Former UT football player and assistant football coach at Pigeon Forge High School Joshua Briscoe has been arrested on an accusation of solicitation of a minor by an authority figure.

thought that last part needed to be pointed out, sounds like this might be a case of a parent or teacher making the accusation and the student knows that it was something else. i don't like the guy but something in this is fishy.

Trash behaving like trash. What a shock. I can't wait for all the FCA goobers who defended him last year to try and spin this one.

some of the comments at the bottom of the article mention that he has had swim parties and other "activities' at his house, any truth to that?

Isn't he the 'authority figure'? That's how I read that, anyway.

The authority figure reference is part of the charge--meaning Briscoe. Comprehension my man. :ermm:

I believe the correct interpretation of “by an authority figure” refers to Briscoe himself. He is the authority figure (coach) doing the soliciting.
