Both Coaches are in year 4 at their respective schools, which coach has done the best job?

I'd say it's pretty even.

Bielema has to play all the teams in the west every year so his record is a little worse (23-23 according to Wikipedia)

Jones is 26-20 (again wikipedia)

However, Bielema has a heads up win on Butch and runs a traditional offense with a power game. I'd give the nod to Bielema right now.

Arkansas > Tennessee when the two took over, they are slightly better than Tennessee now so about even

Both got blown up by teams from Bama. One looks like Butthead with adult onset diabetes...nod to Butch.

After watching Arkansas lose by 50 to Auburn last week, I'd say whatever shine was left on Bielema is now gone.

I agree, Bielema seems to bring a toughness that Butch Jones lacks

Bret's wife is smoking hot, nod to Bret! Teams are eerily similar in their underachieving and inconsistencies.

I think he eats cold sticks of butter in bed while she "self medicates" in the fetal position during her six hour showers.

SOS per team rankings.com
Arkansas
2013 2.6
2014 11.8
2015 9.9
2016 so far 4.6
AVG 7.23 over 4 season

Tennessee
2013 4.7
2014 7.0
2015 7.9
2016 so far 9.0
AVG 7.15 over 4 seasons

I'll take Butch for now- better record vs comparable Sos over same time period, even with head to head loss. Doesn't bielema make more money too?

Bret
2015 - 8-5
2014 - 7-6
2013 - 3-9

2012 before bret 4-8

Butch
2015 - 9-4
2014 - 7-6
2013 - 5-7
We were a dumpster fire when butch came. Butch has more wins, but brett plays tougher schedule.
I like bretts physicality of his teams.
We lost to candy butch 1st year, brett lost to toledo last year.

I would say about even, maybe a little to butch just because we were down so much

I'd say Bret has done more with less, but they are relatively even in terms of accomplishments. No distinct "signature wins", though Bret has beaten a top 10 LSU & Ole Miss. They both end up in a lot of close games. This year I think they probably lose 4-5 so they are a bit overrated, but that's how it goes when you start off beating an overranked team (TCU). Butch is the better recruiter and Bret is the better X & O's coach, IMO.
