YEEESSSS! now don't stop fighting Volnation. If we can make it through today Currie should be on the get out of town train. If the statement made yesterday is true of course.:dance2:

An AD no coach would want to work for and a fanbase that is twittering the coach not to take the job.

Not too hard to believe.

UT fans are in a unique position. Currie has made the fanbase so angry with his incompetence, that they've rallied together to try to sabotage Currie and his attempts to hire uninspiring replacements.

Social media has given fans the ability to influence coach hires. 15 years ago nobody would have this kind of update and communication ability. We'd just hear who was hired and that would be it for the most part.

Now fans can reach out directly to any potential hires.

Keep in mind that while our fan base thinks we succeeded, the national media calls us idiots. Who do you think potential coaches are listening to - the Vol Nation or the Dan Patricks, etc... of the world?

If this continues, Currie will only be able to promote from within the current staff.

On one hand it's good news...but on the other hand our reputation drops further into the toilet with yet another coach telling us "no".

Dodged the bullet again, how many more lives can we have?

Go hire Kiffin or Tee and stop this nonsense.

"I'd like to introduce our new head coach...who did an excellent job keeping these student athletes together during a difficult time here at the University of Tennessee. We're proud to welcome Brady Hoke to the University of Tennessee family on a permanent basis".
