Breaking Bad on amc

That article from earlier (can't quote cause phone) got me excited about him doing something involving Gray matter. He basically was asked "Did you plan this all along or did it just happen?"

And the writer goes, "I can't reveal that yet, there's still another episode."

This is telling me its a lot bigger deal than we think.
This all goes back to Gray Matter. Walt told Jesse the story of how he sold his children's birthright for a few thousand dollars.

Gretchen and Elliott were on TV saying that Walt's only contribution to Gray Matter was the name. Walt is one unhappy camper. He is going to burn Gray Matter to the ground.

I don;t know if this happens, but I sure hope Gray Matter is involved with Walt's machine gun in the last episode.

One thing is for sure about this season finale: I really don't see Gilligan leaving us on a bad note like Dexter or Sopranos. We will be satisfied.

I don't think Walt shoots Gretchen and Elliott. I think he either poisons them with the ricin or uses it as a suicide capsule on himself in case the Nazis capture him.

I do think he takes down Gray Matter in some way. Perhaps Walt and Skylar made a second video implicating them when the one implicating Hank was made.

As the two rich guys said in Trading Places, the best way to hurt rich people is by turning them into poor people.

I still don't think Walt goes after Gray Matter. I think his focus is 100% on the Nazis and getting his money back.

Honestly, I think he is done with the idea of giving money to his family. I mean, he had already resolved himself to it when he called the DEA. He left 11 million bucks in the cabin. I do think he will kill the nazis though, just not for the money.

Maybe; for some reason Walt going after Gray Matter just seems kind of tacked on. Plus a guy dying from cancer who seems to have trouble even walking down the road trying to take down a gang of Nazis plus squeeze in offing his old colleague seems like too much plot to cram into one last episode.

I took y'all's advice and watched a bit more during this marathon. I also DVR'd a couple of episodes to catch between now and Sunday.

If I were you, I would just get Netflix and binge watch them. Avoid watching the series finale sunday. They will put it on Netflix shortly after its over and likely before you are caught up. That way you get the full effect and you aren't left there trying to figure out any plot twists with virtually no knowledge of the back story.

This. You really need to see the entire series from episode one.

My wife and I watched the premier of "one minute". It was her first attempt to "get in to" Breaking Bad. That's the one where the cousins are coming after Hank. We watched the whole episode up to the last five minutes. Then she said, "This is boring, I'm going to bed". Four minutes later, the most intense scene of the entire series up to that point... Every time after that I tried to get her to watch she would say, "No, it's too boring, blah blah blah". It took two more years before I finally got her to see another episode. She stayed awake this time, and now she's hooked. Now we are binge watching the whole series to get her caught up.
