it's impossible to judge AJ McCarron because of the talent that surrounds him, but he looked damn good in the NC game.
at the end of the day whether you like it or not people are gonna judge Bray on whether he is WINNING
Very true on AJ but I was very impressed with his performance in the NC Game. I also noticed that he matured as a QB as the season went on. It will be very interesting to see how he performs next season without Richardson but he will still have a stout O-line that will help him tremendously.
I love Bray
however like i said before ppl arent giving Bray the love because he hasn't won it may not be related to potential in some dictionary...
Tards like you might. But most (real) Vols fans realize what a talent we've got right now and are thankful for it, instead of trying to tear him down at every turn.
"""3 of the 4 games you mentioned were ultimately losses."""
So? We sucked last year. That's no secret.
"""Putting potential to use is putting up good numbers, protecting the ball, and WINNING,"""
No, putting potential to use is, by definition, playing as well as you're capable of playing. It has nothing to do with winning.
Zero.
Here, this might help:
Potential | Define Potential at Dictionary.com
Mmmkay?
So I'm not a real Vol fan because i am a realist?
to add to my previous statement, Negateer, after reading your posts again on the last page, i have come to the conclusion that you are just a douche.
A realist? Here is your quote:
"""Putting potential to use is putting up good numbers, protecting the ball, and WINNING"""
You are simply wrong. "Putting potential to use" is simply doing the best to your capabilities. That's it. You can win, you can lose. You can break a leg, or win a world championship.
Put that link to use and look up 'potential' in the dictionary. It might help you reach your potential.
And I, that you're a bandwaggon fan with next to zero knowledge of the game.
Negateer....first of all anyone with half the work ethic as manning would be way ahead of the game. 2nd...brays extracurricular activities are well known. Hope that there are no links to it cause that would not be a good thing.
Please understand that we all want the Vols to be the best. We all believe bray has great potential, but most of us aren't going to tag him the best until he shows us that he can do what it takes to be considered a great TN QB.....WINNING!!!
Good points, Oskie Volum! Nagateer as a VOL fan, I do love your passion!!!! The VOLs are on the way back! I am looking forward to signing day and the VOLs vs NC game!!! Ready to ROCK the SEC!!!:loco:
Bray reminds me of another UT QB from years past. I forget his name, Peyton something. I don't know if his work ethic is as strong. Then again, whose is?
IMO, Wilson will make it in the NFL, Murray has a good shot, and Bray will wash out.... completely. I just dont think he has the right mentality to make it at the next level.
