Brandon Lopez not using 5th year of eligibility here

All I can say is that if you think these players don't read these posts, I've got a real deal for you on a bridge in Brooklyn. He is graduating. He would rather get on with his life than to be subject to the abuse of fans like you and your cohorts. There is absolutely nothing to keep a basketball player from reading these forums everyday. It is taboo, so you don't know it. You probably think they don't look at p--n sites, either, right? PS Brandon knows who has supported him, and who has not. Take it to the bank!!

While I try to avoid slamming players (different from critiquing them), if a player gets all upset and takes his ball home because of what is said on a message board, then he is not mentally tough enough to be here. Simple as that. Now if he got death threats, his family got threatened, etc, then yeah, I can understand him leaving. But I doubt that was the issue here, mostly because this fanbase only tends to do that to those in the spotlight, ie Cuonzo, Crompton, etc. Lopez was never in the spotlight.

Well, if everybody would've just said ok when he first predicted Lopez would start instead of going off with reasons why he wouldn't, maybe we would have a 75% healthy board lmao

No one with any self-respect is just going to say he's right to appease him. If I disagree with him, I'll make it known and state my case. It's why a board like this exists.

Classic SD right there. When cornered with a question you can't answer, you just make stuff up.

If he thought he had a chance to start, he'd stick around, especially after being robbed of his senior season and a chance to play significant minutes.

The idea that he is mad at message board posters who don't believe he walks on water and shoots lightning bolts from his eyes, and that's why he's leaving is beyond ridiculous, even for you. Just drop it.

As I said before, things go both ways, and acting like he merely had a differing opinion is not anywhere close to an accurate description of his dealings.

I've seen it posted many times that if posts bother you , you shouldn't be on a message board , I've seen posters in this forum use that excuse when attacking people

I bet he is very grateful for your support. You are without a doubt a card carrying member of the BL Fan Club.
