No, no argument. Just a couple of observations. Florida could have added tougher changes than they did. Waiting a few days to get your gun after you spend probably more days than the waiting period to choose it won't hurt anyone but your feelings. And I know if I cared about the wait, my feelings wouldn't count.

What it does do is give someone who has got a case of the red ass to kill someone time to let their anger cool. Not a bad thing if you ask me.

I linked to the new Raging Judge because I like it for home defense. But I can wait as long as they want me to while the BGC is finished. No skin off my teeth.

Yes, I believe semi automatic guns should be banned. There is no civilian need for them. Assault style weapons, large mags and bump stocks gotta go. Americans will always have access to reasonable shotguns, rifles and handguns.

First you state an opinion as fact and one that is unprovable in saying the majority, then post this, a poll, which actually asked the question to every adult in the USA.....oh that's right it didn't.

I didn't answer anything from this poll, I'm sure there are millions more too, but, yet, you somehow take it as truth and gospel.

So when someone goes in and shoots up a school using a six shooter, you coming after those too? I mean someone could have three or four tucked in his/her waist band and kill just as many if not more than thus guy. What about lever action rifles, same here. Tubular magazines and simple to reload. Easily could take down just as many. What about pump action shot guns? They could kill just as many. Easily reloaded on the go. Could kill more people than this guy. You coming for those too?

You said semi automatic weapons should be banned. A lot of non assault style weapons that are semi auto. So basically you want to ban weapons based on how it “looks” without even really considering how it works and the practical needs that gun owners do have for them, such as home defense. I really don’t think I want you telling me I have to cock the hammer every time I want to shoot when some drug crazed @$$ hat is coming through my door. Thank you, but I’ll unload an entire clip as fast as I can pull the trigger. Should always be my choice.

No. Semi auto is FUNCTION not form. You know that.

As for it being your choice to fire a clip "as fast as you want", thats akin to saying you should be able to drive as fast as you want. There are rules and reasons why we don't drive 120 MPH.
