Boo's mom

What was the similar rumor in the 2022 SC game? All I remember is the sign stealing rumor.
There was supposedly a locker room altercation between Joe Milton and I believe it was Jeremy Banks the week before the SCar game. Banks was pretty vocal wrt his displeasure over Hooker’s NIL deal, started in on Hooker and Joe Milton supposedly put him on his @$$. Sounds like Joshua Josephs and Kitselman have had enough of Boo Carter as well, although I think they were the leaders of that player council and agreed to let him come back.

Milton threw him 80 yards. He was aiming for the locker.

Because Heupel allowed it to. Kelly Washington II. Beginning of the end for Fulmer. Looks like history is repeating itself....again.
That’s right. Heupel’s took a risk bringing him back against wishes if team leaders. It was clear this summer that this could be a big locker room issue. It’s hard as a coach to be taken seriously in discipline issues with other players when you allow such nonsense for one .

Chemistry is a tricky thing, but absolutely critical to sustained success. A locker room in harmony will outplay a locker room without it every time.

Heupel would be wise to pay more attention to the details. This is what separates a good coach from a great one, and an employed one from a fired one.

I have a feeling the clock will be ticking before this season is over. Heupel likely enters the '26 season with a warm seat, especially if major changes are not made on the defensive staff.

I think he is one of the best offensive minds in the game. I'm also beginning to suspect that he might be flying one level above his best altitude.

By this time next year, we'll know.

Some of you are insane. From SEC byword to the playoffs and a season where we've played the best teams in the league to within a couple of missed fieldgoals, etc... all when we lost our cover corners to injury and QB1 to stupidity.

Let's see how y'all feel when LSU snipes him and we get Butch Dooley Pruitt Esquire III.

I don’t see LSU sniping an 8-4/7-5 coach. They already had one.

But I’m wrong a lot, so…

I use to like Fostermom, Arian Fosters mom would post on here periodically. Even after tha t Alabama fumble on the goal line, lol. Of course not funny at the time.
That was the last time I went to Tuscaloosa for a football game. Between the way that game ended and the experience afterwards heading out of that dump of a town, I swore I'd never go back.

Yeah, I don't get some folks - they really don't understand what they are wishing.

I appreciate Heupel but this is 1000% on him. It should have been ended in July.
I’m glad Heupel didn’t kick him off the team. Boo would have lawyered up and got eligible to play this year for a different team. I would have made him dressed for games and not play him. Then maybe Boo would have quit. Then no NIL

...

But he's not leaving Tennessee either
I'm not anywhere close to an insider, but I'm hearing differently. I'm hearing that he's open to discussions with the right school, and that LSU is interested and intent on overpaying, especially in this cycle where there are lots of vacancies.

By hearing, do you mean you read the AtoZ article?

Boo's mom needs to shut up. After the Nico debacle I'm pretty sure that big time D1 coaches are leary of parental interference. It's hard enough to try to mold a bunch of young people into a cohesive team without mom or dad putting in their two cents worth.
Agreed. The DJU Clemson/Oregon State/Florida State fiasco is another example.

I've seen a couple of YT talking heads discussing rumors. Again, not saying that the rumors are true, but there's no doubt that Heupel is considered one of the top coaches out there, and there are a lot of schools out there looking to hire.

The bottom line is that it's asinine to actually recognize the pre-and-early season losses to the roster, see us play the best teams in the country to "should have won that one", and then act like Heupel's wings have melted.

Just complete buffoonery.

We are upset that we lost to Bama, who has turned out to be one of the best in the country. We're upset that we lost close to UGA, which is one of the best teams in the country. We're upset that we lost close to OU, which turns out looks to be one of the best teams in the country.

We haven't lost to them yet, but for the sake of the point, UF had Ole Miss on the ropes yesterday. Vandy isn't Andy this year.

Maybe our schedule is just harder this year than we'd predicted, and our roster hits were major issues, as opposed to the thought that the guy who dug and pulled us out of the rubble suddenly forgot what he's doing.

It's OK to be upset, but being an adult generally means having learned how to be upset without being a complete buffoon. (Not directed at you, ihGA.)

What if Heupel goes to LSU (I doubt it but for augment's sake). Not only do we lose a good coach, but it may result in Tristan Keys recommitting to LSU, and who know maybe Faizan would follow.

To me it could have devasting results in losing a great staff, and perhaps a great recruiting class! NO THANKS! I like what we have and they can stay for the next 20 years.

Wouldn’t surprise me. He has much more talent than what he is showing on the field this yr imo. I truly don’t think he’s giving effort.
He won’t be crap, he isn’t worth it. He is all drama. As soon as things get tough and don’t go exactly his way he crumbles. His stock is dropping, his attitude is terrible. He certainly will not be a loss for us, I gave him the benefit of the doubt early on. Sometimes folks mature, clearly he isn’t and I highly doubt he will ever reach his potential because his work ethic and attitude aren’t conducive to reaching his potential. Goodbye and good riddance, anyone spending big money on him may as well go throw it in the River. He is all about Boo. GBO

Not defending anyone but it's really low class to comment on anyone's mother.
