Gray area. HIPPA really isn't meant to prohibit parents sharing info. It's to protect the patients from having info shared without consent. Likely, Boo signed a waiver or gave access to his medical info to his mother. Regardless, it is unlikely he will sue his mother especially since her efforts are intended to alter the narrative about his dismissal.I meant a violation by Boo’s mom posting pictures of Boo’s medical records
That’s one advantage of academic scholarships over athletic. No in between. Also little league parents up to high school all pain in the butt imo.My son has been through the baseball recruiting cycle the last 2 years and coaches will tell you parent behavior absolutely factors into recruiting. The last thing a college coach wants to deal with is a high maintenance parent.
If I was him, I’d sue her for parental malfeasance.Gray area. HIPPA really isn't meant to prohibit parents sharing info. It's to protect the patients from having info shared without consent. I’m like Kramer. The boys have to roam free. And at my age, sometimes I forget to put my pants on.You got enough on your plate managing yourself. I saw your post in the Vandy thread. Went to the grocery store with a UT shirt on. Where were your pants??? The "pooh bear" is no way to go out in public, bro.![]()
After finding and reading the radiology report shown, it appears that he has several "mild" and chronic appearing issues that are in no way severe enough to blame his lack of effort on them. I probably have worse looking radiologic findings and haven't played football for 60 years. Can you give a summary of his med report? Thanks
