No thank you. These young kids aint trying to hear all that screaming. Maybe from Coach K or Roy Williams, but not Bobby Knight. There is just something odd about him.

Pat Knight would be a decent hire for UT....not great but realistic. Heck of a lot more realistic than Bob.

I'm not serious about Pat BUT I'm making the point of we are out of control with the possibilities. We need to be realistic...Pitino, Knight, Frank...not to mention a list of coaches who are all at mid-level basketball programs already. Why would they make the lateral move???? They wouldn't....

VCU, no. Alabama to Tennessee, yes. Louisville to Tennessee, step down. Butler to Tennessee, at this point yes. The list goes on.

Mid-major to UT is NOT a lateral move.

We have more money and top notch facilities. Even if we get probation or a postseason ban for a year or 2 it still won't equate to lateral.

You guys that think a move from a mid-major to UT is a lateral, can only be basing it on the immediate, short-term outlook. You have apparently forgotten about tradition, facilities, name recognition, and perhaps more importantly....$$$$$$$.
