Lane KiffenI've never recruited or been recruited, enough to speak of, but I would imagine it hinges much more on the 'salesmanship' of the recruiter. Quality of product carries weight, no doubt, to the astute ones, but the pitch seems like it'd be the deciding factor if there's a potential tipping point.
Having said that, why can't we have a big name hire....ever. Is our house built on a First Nation graveyard or something???
