Don't know about "The Best" , but these are some of my favorites. In no particular order:

Jim Gaffigan
Lewis Black
Dane Cook (Some may disagree)
Kevin James
Gabriel Iglesias


I've also recently become a fan of Ralphia May and Mike Burbiglia.

Those that refer to Dane Cook to anything other than a lucky tool that got to make out with Jessica Simpson, I reference you to the MLB playoff comercials he made last year.

Dude is not funny.

also, the blue collar comedy guys aren't bad. i can enjoy engvall, foxworthy, and white from time to time. but i absolutely cannot stand larry the cable guy.

I watched about 20 minutes of a Dane Cook show in cable and didn't laugh even one time. I then changed the chanel.

Dane Cook and Carlos Mencia are horrible... I actually met Pauly Shore this week in Chattanooga and went to his standup show. I was suprised at how dang funny he really is....

Yeah he is still alive. He just turned 40. His skit is hilarious considering he makes fun of himself half the time and talks about his addictions....as for Lewis Black, he is another one I should add to the list of not funny comedians. I hate political humor.

If you think you don't like political humor, go watch the Assume The Position series by Robert Wuhl. It may change your mind. Brilliant stuff.

I agree with Ron White, really funny stuff. I am tired of all the politcal comedians. We get it, Bush sucks, move along.

Soeaking of Ron, for the ones on here who are Blue Collar fans, go to youtube and check out Dan Whitney (Larry's real name)... he has changed his act quite a bit. Back then, he looked like an old comedian on Star Search.
