Put this in perspective with a grain of salt -
Gillespie from 3 this year: 103 - 305 for 33.8%
Lundblade from 3 this year: 115-283 for 40.6%
That's 12 more made 3s in 22 less attempts
We lost a lot of close games this past year on shooting alone - this covers the Kentucky losses, the Vandy loss, the Alabama loss, the Missouri loss etc.

Grain of salt - JG played both the 1 and the 2 which Lundblade obviously would not do.

Bottom line - this is a HUGE get!
I know JG wanted to paly the point, but he is a better 2. If we had a better I, JG would have been the perfect 2 and we would have won 3-4 more games this year and not been run out of the gym by Michigan.

Lundblade reminds me of Gohlke from Oakland who went 10-20 from 3 and knocked Ky out of the tournament. Ahhhh memories
