Can he get his shots against much more athletic defenders in the SEC? That's the question.
He’s an elite catch and shoot guy with a quick release. He’ll be used mostly off ball and dribble hand offs trying to get him to his spots. If he's asked to be the primary scorer then those questions would really show up.

Could have said the same thing about Lanier (North Florida) and Dalton (somewhere in Colorado). Worked out for them I believe

True, but Dalton did have a noticeable amount more athleticism than Lundblade does on tape. Different players, but DK really popped on film. He had some insane dunks at Northern Colorado.

There are tons of guys who can dribble but can't hit 1 out 5 shots. We can find someone else to dribble for him if that's not his thing. In my mind, finding (and signing) a pure shooter is exponentially more difficult. I'm sure Barnes knows how to use him.

This is one I wanted. Now let's get a penetrating PG who is a distributor 1st and high level offensive/defense guys at the 3 and 5 spots. Another shooter would be nice.

My son played basketball with Scott Corley (Belmont Athletic Director) at Brentwood HS. My son Facebook messaged with Scott who said he is a pure shooter and sneaky athletic.

Most impressed with how often the defense ran him off of his spot, and he still hit a clean shot.

Fellow ‘wooder. I had 3 who graduated from there. I’m interested to see where Cochran ends up. IMO he could be a good pick and pop stretch 4 in the right situation at 6’10 and a really good release with a year left to play

I understand UT plans to increase its budget significantly this year. Obviously, we have been good enough to get to the SS, but not beyond. I’m not sure what happened Sunday, but talent definitely was a factor.
