Believe or don't

I was happy he went for it on 4th down....because he knew 3 points wouldn't mean squat vs WVU.

I believe. But we just got our tail's whooped bad. The only impressive thing I saw was Tim Jordan, Calloway, and Jennings. JG didn't do bad, should have passed more but he isn't making the calls.

That 4th and goal showed Pruitt isn't scared to hang em out. We had the momentum going into half. I never saw a drop of rain. **** the NCAA! Go vols

I think it was more the lightning strikes, which were still in the area even after they started the second half. But for not allowing players to be paid and paid well, I will second the sentiment: **** the NCAA!!

Definitely saw some potential in this team. We still have a long way to go before we are on the level of UGA or ALA. Anyone who thought we would be there is out of their mind. With some time these boys will get better! I love the fact that we finally have a coach that has the balls to go for it on 4th down!

Who expected to be UGA or Bama?..... most just hoped to see some improvement

So as long as Pruitt is willing to go for it on 4th and goal, we can all disregard the regression of the offensive line, and the entire defense? Cool.
When did either progress? Players just aren't very good he can't play for them and he's not a miracle worker. Yeah I thought this team had some talent but I was wrong. I hope they get alittle better as the season goes hard to judge after 1 game

Regression? About par. 2017 was never better than what we just saw

We scored 6 points less than our per game average in 2017, and the defense allowed 135 more offensive yards than our per game average in 2017. The bar was pretty low for Pruitt to show some improvement over last season; he did not in this game.

Regression??? Based on 1 game that they got better as it went along on the OL, and a defense that’s starting 2-3 freshman.

honestly, i dont't think the O line had a clue who to block. there were times out there were the defender was by an olinemen so fast, it was ridiculous. i think WVU's front really gave us problems, especially early on. they settled in a bit later in the 1st half, but the game had gotten to a point where all WVU had to do was "go". there weren't a ton of things to key on after a certain point on their end..........
