Knecht with 17 pts on 5-14, 3-6 last night. Lakers basically were short everyone. Now averaging 13.9 ppg over the last 10.

DK has basically been benched. Gets very few minutes, sometimes a DNP. Crazy stuff. I don’t buy the no defense angle either. Lakers are continuing to get cooked on defense every night even when he isn’t out there playing, meanwhile their bench has provided basically no scoring.

I think it's pretty obvious he doesn't want to be there and JJ probably isn't playing him because of his attitude after the trade failure. DK body language looks like a man who doesn't want to be there IMO.

Of course this is my opinion and I could and probably am totally wrong on this

They’ll trade him in the off season. Prob use him as a draft night trade.

May not want him to get hurt either with only a month left so they can get the most value

When the Lakers are Healthy, Knecht is 10th man on a 9 man rotation.. He played a lot early because Vanderbilt was injured for first part of season and Rui was out like for 3 weeks along with LeBron for a couple of weeks.

Lakers probably trade Knecht in off season for a Center off another team, hopefully it will be Walker Kessler of the Jazz.
