You all-but-guarantee Muschamp then Lovie, according to your "sources". Now, you are dancing all around things that you "know" re: Kiffin's antics during his time in Knoxville, even linking other websites to further your insinuations.

How bout this, pal....Wanna be finally taken seriously as a journalist? Wanna actually scoop a story for once, instead of waiting/hoping some other outlet will do the job for you? Wanna stand up for the "common fan" you love to mention?

Then spill it. Have some guts. Stand up for UT, and expose this guy. You don't have to say who told you what....just tell what you know, and let Kiffin know that it was YOU who came after him.

He never said any of these candidates were coming. You can't blast him for that. Now as far as what he has heard about Kiffin, I agree. Quit talking about it if you are just going to dance around it.

i must admit....i like tony but totally agree w you on this one. for as mush bs as he and his croanie illiterate rednecks gave jimmy hyams (who is terrible btw), he should eat crow. if he didn't have x, no one would care about him or his web site bc he clearly has no inside sources, and whiffed huge on muschamp, lovie, and these kiffin rumore. get out of the gutter u muppet

He said Muschamp was coming. Then, he made an update to his blog Thursday night that his sources were telling him that a plane was on the way to Chicago to bring Lovie back. Wanted to have presser by Friday am.

Point is, he had/has no problem telling what he hears from these sources. Why start playing it close to vest now with this clown who just set the UT program back 5 years? Man up.

quit taking up for him....he swung and repeatedly whiffed the entire week. for as much crap as he gives the other guys, he should sack up and let everyone know he is as much of a muppet as everyone else. he should stick to a wrestling call-in show

How many times do you Basilio bashers have to be told the same thing? With the Muschamp situation, he posted the offer given to Muschamp. Period. He did not say Muschamp was the next UT coach. His Lovie Smith lead was from a booster. Obviously, it turned out to be false, but he prefaced it all with "RUMOR". Now when he clearly states this, why do you bashers take it as fact?

If you knew much about him at all, you'd realize that he is the opposite of professional. You should lower your expectations when listening to Tony. He's an immature wanna-be, who is doing whatever he can for a tiny little share of this radio market.
He is actually a lot like Lane Kiffin...just without a gig as big as Tennessee. He's like if Kiffin did all his trash talking about others while at a Sun-Belt school.

Exactly! Basilio didnt play it close to the vest last week and look most of you are bashing him. Now he's playing it close to the vest of the Kiffin deal and ya"ll are bashing him. No win situation for the guy. Basilio has a lot more to listen to than the rest in Knoxville.
