Baggett gone

Kid is a rower. Works her tail off. Toughest, most competitive kid I have ever known, and not just saying it cause she is my kid.

Hopefully there are no GatorBill haters that would take their dislike of ME out on her. Got my fingers crossed on that one.

*stops drilling holes in the bottom of your daughter's boat*

I guess that was pretty uncalled for. I'm sorry.

Don't have time to read through the whole thread but for the idiots on the first few pages implying that CB couldn't handle Da'Rick you've got to be kidding me. If CB can handle Randy Moss and Cris Carter he had no problem with Da'Rick. Its pretty ridiculous. I've never seen a fanbase bash its best player (not counting our injured players) this much before.

Thank you. I've been saying the same thing and hardly anybody else agrees with me.

The majority of the people are the same ones that have to use smiley faces as a come back because spelling is too tough.

He gets one excessive celebration penalty and it's as if he is chad johnson, randy moss, joe horn, and stevie johnson all rolled into one. Then suddenly he is a cancer to the team and causing coaches to retire. Haha thanks for laugh. He should prob deactivate his twitter but otherwise he is like any other confident D1 receiver.

Randy f'n Moss. He can handle Da'Rick.

Im thinking that maybe he was dealing with someone farther up the food chain that instructed him to handle certain things in a manner that he normally would not handle them.

There was obviously some sort of divide there, because I dont think I have ever seen Charlie get talked to the way he did this year. Left me wondering if something was going strange on the staff. Just my thoughts, I have nothing to back it up.

THANK YOU! I SAID THIS YESTERDAY! Look guys, you can't keep sending Zach Rogers out there week after week and claim your a great position coach! As I stated yesterday, there are so many ways to work around not sending the very same scrub out there week after week! That's just unexcusable and says he did almost nothing to develop the back-ups. Justin and DaRick aren't much better than when they arrived. Justin is just a freak of nature athlete and DaRick was prolly just fed up with this guy because he wasn't doing anything!
At the above. :eek:lol:

Arnetts twitter blew up the night before the Arky game. Someone back home apparently had been shot, and dA was up VERRY late twitting.

Im hoping someone helps keep that kids head on straight. He seemed to be losing something towards the end. Could have just been the freshman wall. Not certain.

Baggett tired of Dooley not backing him up. You ever work for a boss that makes your job more difficult? It's not very pleasant.

If you take care of your job, your boss doesn't need to be involved. If it was a problem, Charlie needed to fix it or sit him. Funny how you guys think he went to his bosses to handle Rison, Moss, etc, for him. Those guys were always on or past the edge.
Maybe he's a coach that gets the best out of diva receivers. DR had some good numbers.

Nice way to answer a valid question there.

Considering the "somewhat" negative media exposure CDD is receiving, uncertainty of the support from the AD & fan base and "rumored" coaching changes, most top level coordinators and asst. coaches should not consider a position within this staff.

For example, do you take a position with an employer that has a high employee turnover rate and lacks stability with it's product? No one thinking rationally would consider that.

LWS already said that lack of support from Dooley is the reason Baggett is gone.

No disrespect, but I don't know what LWS said or who he is.
I'm saying that a coach like Baggett should be able to handle his position players. That's his job. If all the assts need the HC to get involved, it won't work.

The WR coach makes the call on who plays his positions and who earns it from practice. If there was an issue, it was in his hands. He's the coach that is with Rogers in every session of practice and every meeting.
That's why you have asst and position coaches. To handle their business.

I don't want to read through 22 pages, so this might have been discussed. I have heard Baggett did not get fired, but stepped down. Anyone know if this is the case?
