Baggett gone

I've known Brent for 14 years. he is not going to deviate from what someone says. CB told him that I'm sure. I believe Brent. Doesn't mean CB told him everything..

Brent may know other things about everything but he will not say things different then what those have told him, even if he knows some of those different things from others.

100% spot on.

Thats fine and I honestly didnt see Brents other post. I do respect your opinion because you dont act like a child when someone disagrees with you. Thank you sir for the info.

I must have missed where someone disagreed with you. Someone pointed out you didn't know what you were talking about. You called said poster stupid, and then admitted you didn't know what you were talking about. Seems like the only one acting like a child is you.

When I said stupid I was referring to your response to me, not you.

DD must win next year and he knows it!

He feels changing the OC would lower his chance of winning next year.

JC and CB can't coexist.

Makes sense to me this is why CB was pushed out. Having a cohesive staff was why this happened IMO.

That's were we are.

Sure they start colliding. If it came down to Baggett or Chaney, I'm going with Baggett 10 times out of 10. That's my point. We ran off the coach with the best resume of anyone on the staff in favor of an offensive coordinator who is currently failing. That's why it's bad news for Tennessee.

Guy... you used to be a pretty reasonable poster... but you are getting pretty far out there now.

Let's see... Chaney is failing, right? Baggett was not with his program, right? Because of the AHC title he could tell Chaney no, right?

So basically someone from within the program is suggesting that Baggett ignored what Chaney needed him to do contributing to Chaney's "failure".... and you think Chaney should have been the one fired?

I have to admit I agree with SJT on this one...

Short term, your prolly right. Long term, not near as confident.

Gotta admit...all great points.

Chaneys failure is due to us being near the bottom of the country in rushing...don't see that as baggett contributing to failure...my point is if you're Dooley, you figure out a way to keep he best hire you've made rather than siding with someone who isn't really producing any noteworthy results. Btw, I think you're a solid poster; if you disagree, that's fine.

If there is undermining happening on any staff one of two things has to happen.

1) The offending staff member must conform.
Or
2)The staff member must be removed.

CB refused to conform IMO.

Baggett got tired of that kid Da'rick disrespecting him. Dooley didnt do nothing about it which was obvious by the disrespectful way Rogers communicated to Bagget on the sideline at Kentucky. Dooley either doesnt have enough balls or just doesnt care.If you see an asst. coach getting cussed out by a player the head coach has to stop that. That's insubordination. That'll get you thrown in the clink in the military. In the NFL it'll get you placed on waivers just ask Albert Hainesworth. He cussed out Pepper Johnson his position coach and the Patriots said good bye. I cant believe Dooley puts up with this.
"Attitude reflect leadership" isnt that what they said in the movie Remember the Titans?
Well its no wonder the season went the way it did. Piss poor attitude piss poor leadership.
