Bad Bunny

I don’t think having an alternative Super Bowl halftime show is a bad thing.

Some people like hot tea and some folks like iced tea.

I’m sure as a business investment into having an alternative halftime show could be very profitable.

I think TPUSA tried to use controversy to market their show which caused a huge divide over a dumb halftime show.

Did TPUSA marketing gain more views? Yes

Did TPUSA marketing cause more people to watch Bad Bunny? Yes

TPUSA could have had an alternative show without trying to stir up drama and probably would have had a lot of viewers without all the division.

Given the exhibited racism, bigotry, and hateful messages here, especially WTN's posts, no, they aren't Christians. Matthew 7:21-23
So, if this nothers you, don't seek to argue with me about it, argue wilt Yeshua.
Interesting you chose that passage to quote against evil doers and false profits. That passage did not mention any specific political affiliate. So, unless you did a search for a couple verses to cherry pick, do you apply them Schift, Crockett, Biden, Pelosi, et al?

True there can be messages of hate.

There are also messages of truth that conceive hate because not all that hear can accpept the truth, and those that cannot, breed hate for the message and the messenger. Hence the crucifixion. It is up to the individual to spend time in the word to gain knowledge and wisdom to discern the difference. I wouldn't give two cents for a single TV evangelist. I don't hate them. But, I wouldn't honor them. Nor do I hate any of the above mentioned. I would call out their falsehoods, but hate is not in the mix. Nor would I cast all those that say they are christian in the bucket with them. Each of us should stand on our own accord. So then, are you a seeker or a breeder. That is a question we must all have an answer for before the six foot pit becomes our palace.

So, he's different now? Because that song was 5 years ago? He no longer spreads rhetoric?

Would the same then apply to songs of Kid rocks from years ago? Something he may have said 10-15 years ago?
When he said before the Super Bowl I assumed he meant recent that’s the only reason I said the timeframe.

But he never provided anything of him talking **** about America like he keeps claiming

It's a bait question to put on a show for your LIBERAL audience here. I've played this game often before two years running.
FAR LEFT cultists are not Christians. People whose conceited, preconceived self-righteousness.made them eagerly embrace
the lies, and anti-Christian message of BIDEN/OBAMA/Et AL and his enablers, yes, but they're not Christians. Their words and actions say so.
2 Thessalonians 2:9 - 12

FYP. Your tunneling of non-christian like behaviors of a group strictly into a MAGA bucket infers you don't apply the same criticism and judgement of a group of followers that support hate, violence, baby murder, law breaking, lie embracing, etc., etc. Your narrow minded characterization of MAGA qualities (or lack thereof) canibalizes itself on its own body of work.

As a profession, I agree. Personal traits, not so much sans the behavior one would expect of an executive.
From a moral standpoint I agree everyone should be held to the same standard

But even if we say they’re all equal in the public eye as well, Trumps talked **** on politicians more than anyone else. That’s not him talking **** on America but i guess maybe some see it like that?

I think most would prefer a united country.......but obviously not all.

Intentionally sowing division should be a giant red flag.
Absolutely. And there are two sides that have been doing that beginning with Obama. And they both use the pawns to perpetuate their private gain. Glad to see you're coming around.

Obviously people are free to make alternative shows, but I'll stick to watching the NFL show during the game. I think all the hullabaloo about the half time show has diverted peoples attention from the very underwhelming $8 mill ads.

As long as he keeps it amongst the politicians I say have at it. What are any of them doing to prove their worth. I would diagree he's talekd more sh** than he's received though. No one president has ever been on the defensive he has just for pissing his own kind of by jumping ship and stealing Hillary's thunder. I'd say it's pretty even exchange. Neither side exhibits the executive qualties of public leaders by a long shot.

How 'bout that, we share lines of thought that don't conflict.

This. The yet unspoken tragedy of SB Commercials. Dunkin paid that much to attempt a revival of those ads w/o Damon? Geez. Not to mention all the other flops. Budweiser was somewhat redeeming. Went old school and passed on scrutiny.

A pity you judge me in an abolitionist format. Oh well, it probably could b worst.

Seeing as how next year is the 20th anniversary of Prince’s epic halftime show in Miami, they should forego a live performance and just replay Prince again.

I would say that Michael Jackson and Prince raised the profile of the SB halftime show more than any other artists. The fact that Michael Jackson did it meant that anybody should want to do it. And then Prince did a lot to make it more of a spectacle, and also I think how well it was received did a lot for his legacy.

I've understood the use and impact of division for well over 40 years.....that's precisely why I was so anti trump.
