you don't need to speak the language to appreciate (or not) the music. if you can hear you weren't excluded. I have never listened to classical music, or music in another language, and felt left out.I'm referring to the majority who don't speak Spanish.
Okay...I listen to it when visiting Peru and expect to hear it. I'd be shocked to watch a match @ Estadio Nacional and hear an all-English halftime show. I'd be wondering WTF are they thinking.I know plenty of people who listen to his music.
Guess what? They don't speak Spanish.
The music and messaging were political. You don't understand that because you don't know anything about the performer or even what he was saying.you don't need to speak the language to appreciate (or not) the music. if you can hear you weren't excluded. and generally speaking since there was a sign language interpreter there, who signed in ASL or American Sign Language, even the deaf weren't excluded.
Holy crap you really dont understand how continents and countries work. Bless your heart
You’re gonna have to pay me if I teach you the most basic geography. I accept Venmo or cashapp. Maybe you have some grandkids that will teach you for freeYup. I’m just trying to figure it all out now that Bunny has woken me.
In the USA, they’re Americans. But you said that the citizens of the other countries in America are NOT Americans because Bunny sang a song or wrote a poem or something.
But the English, the French, the Swedes, the Brits are ALL Europeans. Same with Asians and Africans and I guess the Antarticans.

do you understand how nationalities work?Don’t dodge the questions. Why can’t Cubans be Americans if they’re in America?
Or why do the citizens of the USA get to appropriate “Americans”? Kind of like stealing everybody’s land I guess, they now get to steal the “American” label from everybody else in America.
lol, I wouldn't care if the message was political. that is his right. plenty of songs we all enjoy are political. that was never the complaint until just now. the complaint was always that he spoke spanish, not that he was political. The music and messaging were political. I listen to Spanish language music when visiting Peru and since Rita is from Peru, sometimes in the house or car. I expect to hear it. If I'm told, however, the song is protesting the U.S. enforcing their own borders laws and national security concerns, the performer supports socialists and that the performer is known for profuse song use of "fk, p***y, d**k" and attending crudities and gender-bending (boy we sure don't have enough of that!)....yeah, I'm out. In any language. But especially here, with the left openly trumpeting "a redefining of America."
Just as I'd expect other 'American' countries to react if the inverse occurred.
I think the same about the Olympic idiots. As one person adroitly commented "What you ski with that flag on your arm and run your mouth on the world stage?? Some of us wore that flag on our arm and buried our friends under it. STFU and go play in the snow"
I don't know what others complaint is, just mine. And included a Spanish language halftime.lol, I wouldn't care if the message was political. that is his right. plenty of songs we all enjoy are political. that was never the complaint until just now. the complaint was always that he spoke spanish, not that he was political.
'American' was never supposed to be about how much of a government lap dog you are. if anything its about the opposite. He is acting far more American than you are.I don't know what others complaint is, just mine. And included a Spanish language halftime.
Let him protest this America from his version of America. I've no patience for more America bashing from any quarter.
Stinging retort.'American' was never supposed to be about how much of a government lap dog you are. if anything its about the opposite. He is acting far more American than you are.
lol, I got bad news for you, its not just 66% of dems who want socialism. 100% of Republicans are also socialists. they just want their socialism to pay for different things.Stinging retort.
America was also never about about having 66% of Democrats favoring socialism either - as it's entirely incompatible with a constitutional republic - and yet here we are. Swearing in socialists across the country from local to federal, taking the oath to defend a republic that Is innately the object of everything they oppose. Never supposed to be about that either, was it?
Bunny's just another leftist ingrate advocating lawlessness, and given 15 primetime minutes to tell us in Spanish about it. I've had it with the scorched-earth, anti-American left, whatever the language.
Alluding to that as being a gov lap dog is superficial and binary intellect.
I'll need more than that, a hint.lol, I got bad news for you, its not just 66% of dems who want socialism. 100% of Republicans are also socialists. they just want their socialism to pay for different things.
unless you are actually for a smaller government across the board, you are more socialist than our FF.
KPOP sucks but I don't think listening and enjoying music that isn't in your language is "dumb."
I'm a big fan of Molchat Doma. I don't speak Russian, but I enjoy their music and have had a blast at their live shows.
