Sorry to start a new thread about our uni's but i just gotta know. Are we keeping the white tops with orange pants for the forseeable future? I LOVE them and don't want to see us go back to white on white. Anybody know for sure????

I would think so. Dooley used them all last season. I can't stand the white on white.

I am only eighten so i was not alive for any era before the Fulmer one. Were the white on whites Fulmers doing or have we always worn all whites on the road prior to Kiffin/Dooley?

nah UT wore white on orange in the 80's and prior

White on orange was the primary away uniform in the Majors era. Fulmer revived the white on white trend.

All i know is the white on orange is bad luck seems like we have lost every game with wearing that uni. Anybody have our record when we wear them?

I don't think our uniforms caused us to have too many men on the field but if they did, hey, let's wear pink if that solves the problem! I got a hunch though, we would have lost the same amount of games with any other uniform combo.

I just think it has to do that we wear them against good teams, we beat vandy and memphis in them, but I like all white for the Bama and Georgia game

We've lost a lot more games in the white pants so maybe we should trash those.

Good thing we were in orange jerseys when that happened. Now we have an excuse to wear black lol.

I honestly don't mind either look. If we go white on white, then it just gives out a very basic, classic look. While the white on orange gives us a little color to our uniform, not making it so basic.

One thing I don't like is the black socks. I prefer white socks on both orange and white pants, home or away. The black just...looks bad.

It may sound silly, but I like all white cleats. I dunno, but it just seems like a cool throw back, and it matches the uni's better IMO.

White on white looks great. I have always liked them. Think if the Colts, Penn state and Tennessee.

I prefer the white on white "stormtrooper" look, myself. I just think it looks so clean and classy looking. The white on orange just looks "off," in my opinion. I wish we'd bring back the white cleats, too. This pic of Gibril Wilson with the all white is our best looking away uniform.

I too like the white on white, but I CAN'T STAND THE STRIPES ON THE PANTS. Solid White pants with orange T's look awesome!

I would like to see orange helmets, white T & orange facemask on occasion
