Automobilia etc....

I bet it responds well to modifications. Only thing, seems like the modifications cost more.

I'd be curious to see what the Eco boost mustang is capable of with bolt-ons.

They are quite impressive.

As far as his application, it's not to bad to mod...

Plenty of bolt on power. The 5.0 is the easiest engine to mod. Responds well and will make a great deal of hp.

But but but......what about all those expensive repairs?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Didn't keep'em long enough :)

Actually I had very few problems with any on that list.

I won the lottery on the 530i - the 94, 95 models had cylinder sleeves that pitted due to the lead content in US gasoline. BMW replaced engines that had compression problems. The one I bought (used) had the engine replaced at around 30K (new factory engine and all accompanying parts). I bought it at 60K and it was immaculate. Did maybe 500 in repairs the whole time I had it.

Thanks. It was a beauty in and out. If I had the garage space back then it should have been a keeper fo sho.

That thing is so sweet

Also, according to car and driver, the Miata is the better of the pair.

I think the fiat is pretty though.

Funny how they call it "Seductive Italian Design" and why a 4 cylinder has quad tipped exhaust I'll never know.

At least it will be a reliable Fiat.

*sheepishly looks at both of his cars with dual exhaust and 4 cylinders.

Not so fast, the engine is a fiat one. So it has plenty of room for failure.

Small world:

Mine is the one in the right corner. All the same color.

dual is okay - making that quad is a bit over the top.

didn't realize it was a fiat engine - scratch my previous comment. Don't understand why they wouldn't go with the Mazda mill.

I'm glad they put their own motor in it. I get annoyed whenever I see the scion IA running around. It's the Mazda 2 that America doesn't get, and is selling a lot better than the CX-3 which shares the platform. The IA is 93% identical.

At least fiat worked a bit.

Beauty!!
Still would love to have one of those.

Honda really needs to come out with a new S2K. Like how do they not have a 2 seater sports car (I know...the NSX)???
