Automobilia etc....

It's all in the driver. But 9 out of 10 times a auto beats a standard.
Take the same car you have in auto and line them up. It will beat you. It takes the error out of driver error.
I would say more like 10 times out of 10 with the new automatics.

If you want to live to see 24, I would suggest thinking hard about attending a Skip Barber (or similar) driving school.

You didn't just buy a 35mm SLR and through the process of trial and error eventually learn to take great pictures.
I looked up skip barber schools and that seems really cool have you experienced It? Think it would be worth it?

We don't want to see you put your car in a ditch or even worse hurt yourself. A day at an autocross, track day, or racing school would be a great investment.

In a heartbeat.

There's two considerations here. Safety and performance. Both will improve greatly if you have live experience in a seat with someone knowledgeable showing you what to do, what not to do, and how to fix mistakes.

If you just watch videos, read forums, etc...The absolute best case is you break something expensive and they deny the warranty claim. It gets worse from there...Wad up the car, hurt yourself, or God forbid kill someone who's only crime was to be close by when stupidity and horsepower overcame electronic nannies and your perceived ability.
