I spoke to an Auburn insider who said that Sarkisian had an amazing interview and appears to be his job to lose. I was surprised to hear the Kiffin is really pushing for the job.

Bill Clark would be a great hire as well. My gut tells me Sark gets the nod.

Sark is a good choice for them. They will be harder to beat in the future. If he is coach, I will be glad not to play them often.

Keep in mind, everyone looks good when they're a coordinator at Alabama but few of them do well as head coaches. We should know that better than anyone. Sarkisian's record at Washington and USC is 45-36. I don't see him doing well in the toughest division in college football.

Kiffin likes the limelight too much to stay at Ole Miss. The stage shines brighter at Auburn and his ceiling is higher. What is more appealing than the Iron Bowl every year against Saban?

He recruits well. That is his offense (with the BAMA players obviously), but he has the same level of talent scoring 40+(more than Kiffen, I won't bother to check stats). He's a good coach. We should be so lucky.

He has been the QB (OC for Tua and Jalen Hurts) coach of 5 8 NFL QBs.

Dooley had some good offenses too

Kiffins level of offensive acuity is in a separate time zone from Dooley. He’s a scum bag and I wouldn’t trust him here but comparing him to Dooley is absurd. Starting with the fact that Dooleys offenses were ran by the guy that KIFFIN hired.

Really were you? I wouldn’t be surprised to hear Nick Saban was pushing for the job.
I would be very surprised if 10% of what I hear is true

Ole Miss QB has made outstanding progress since LY when he was benched for Plumlee. I’d love to see that level of development in either of our QBs.

I've seen nowhere except message boards where Kiffin is jockeying for the AU job. Kiffin's name comes up when any job is open mainly because the media puts his name out there.....If /when we have a opening you can bet the media and message boards will put his name in the mix.

His HC record is 66-38....taking over UT after a losing season prior....A bad FAU that won 3 games the two season prior....And having 1 more win than Pruitt in year 3 this year at Ole Miss and them just coming off probation the first of this month. If I had a choice of only Kiffin or keep Pruitt I'd take Kiffin in a second. He coaches circles around Pruitt.

Do you want to be 4-5 too?

Better than 3-7. Are you really comparing year 3 of Pruitt to Year 1 of Kiffin at a program coming off probation? You & I both know Ole Miss would have smoked Tennessees ass this season if they’d played. Ole Miss played almost every common opponent better than Tennessee.

I don’t want Kiffin as HC (he had his chance here) but I have to admit someone did a hell of a coaching job with their QB.
