Auburn coach out?

If you were going to fire every employee who had an affair
It’s not the affair that will get him in trouble. It is an affair with a direct report without (assuming) disclosing the relationship to HR. Auburn or the AL govt probably has a policy against these types of relationships. The boss conducts performance reviews, establishes initial pay, and gives pay increases that are potentially impacted by the personal relationship.

Auburn better have better proof than rumors and hearsay lol

To HELL with the Auburn HC…can we poach anybody from their roster?

Eric Ramsey would disagree. Auburn has some nutbags, kid wore a bullet proof vest to his graduation bc of the death threats he got. Texas and Bama are pretty crazy as well but mostly Bama pulls in the same direction.
You are probably correct about it being a hit job.
Honey traps are cheap and easy to set.
Bears will always attack an available bee hive.
Coaches will always attack an available hot young thang.
Tis nature.

I found the following in the ESPN article posted today:

Harsin, who is out of the country on vacation, said he hasn't had any conversations with Auburn leaders that would suggest he won't be back for the 2022 season.

That sure makes it sound like this is an inside job to take him down. Also, does anyone find it strange that a few days after Signing Day, and you needing to replace your Offensive Coordinator who just quit, you are out of the country on vacation??? I sure as hell wouldn't be taking a vacation under those circumstances.

I know I am alone in this, but I’m tired of tearing people down in a situation where there are two consenting adults.

No one should lose their job for this

For infidelity alone maybe not, but sleeping with a coworker opens up a huge liability for the employer. They could have a lovers spat and she could hire a lawyer that would bend Auburn over a barrel.

Edit: I posted this before I saw that 99gator had already addressed the issue in response to another poster.
