Yeah. I think the meat turned out fine just didn't spice it up as much as I usually do. I'm going to do another one later this week. I used a shoulder.
I don't spice mine up as much as I'd like. Bunch of sissys around here don't like a lot of heat. I think I'm gonna buy an extra one next time. That way I can fix it my way.
The BBQ Sly gave me was pretty incredible. Very moist. I am impressed. The tater salad was very good also. And sly on the egg in a hold thing, I butter both sides of the bread first. I usually pop them in a toaster if I can. Cut the hole and then butter the pan. Fry up the egg over easy flipping it to fry both sides.
