Behr, RV made another attempt at oysters and hit a homerun in my opinion. We had the best o-rock and butter, garlic oysters we've ever had in St. Augustine at Cap's Restaurant and she wanted to try and top that. She made a hybrid O-rock/garlic-butter oyster that was amazing. Onions, roasted garlic, spinach, butter, artichoke, and I can't remember the other spices. It's what we call a do-over. Yum.
