Slice it and serve with a red wine and mushroom demi glaze.
 
Ummmm will it keep till I dive down for you to fix it :) I have seared it, and now working on a spinach and mozzarella salad. (i made the cheese)

How are making the salad? Just curious. Fresh spinach? Mozz balls or sliced? Tossed? What kind of dressing/oil?

Fresh spinach (chopped kinda) the mozzarella was left in a ball just because I was too lazy to slice it before storing it, but it will be chunked and mixed in with chunked roma tomatoes then mixed with a vinagrette (balsamic) then mixed with the spinach. I really like it

You don't seem like the same kind of "farmers daughter" I grew up with. Haha.

Sounds good. A sliced boiled egg would be a nice compliment, mainly for color, but not necessary.

Im diversified lol :) I enjoy piddling around in my kitchen and trying different things. And I figure most anything I can buy, I can prolly cook better given the tools and time. I like to make cheese and I hate paying the storebought price :)

My friends give me crap all of the time about my passion for food and "piddling" around in the kitchen, but they couldn't give me crap if they weren't here!

Wonderful, got just a bit leftover, so it will be sliced up for sammich use I guess. No salad left, so no sneaking back in the kitchen for grubbing at 3 am, now if I had a key lime pie for my burfday........ :)
