A neighbor brought me an avocado and a guacamole mix (in a pouch), not as good as homemade, but on the burger......GTFO.

I hate baking!

Wait until it gets really soft. Then add a little flour and an egg, it will start to thicken and need more attention. Whip it until it gets runny and then add the peanut butter. Whip it more and put it on the counter and need it. When you get it the way you want it, it will be good raw. No need to bake.

WTF you doing in here Rocky?

Just kidding man.

A Brazilian friend of mine taught me a really easy but fantastic way to grill Flank Steak..if you are interested.

Nice work. Hopefully some doofus (and we know this site is full of them) doesn't come along and eat raw eggs.

Hman complimented me once that I remember everything. This will be the second time, and last, that I ask this. I got close the first time I guessed, but I was still wrong.

Strange request I know, but Bill...could you post a picture of your dog and his name (Hank?)

Hell yeah, lay it on me lulz

It's really simple, but you have to go against your natural instincts.

I've posted it before so sorry for a repeat.

Use a good coarse sea salt.

Salt one side of it.....like almost cover it.

Grill, salt side down for about 2 minutes and quarter turn it and "Spank" it with your tongs or whatever you use.

Salt the side up and....

Turn it over and do the same.

Cook it to MR and slice it as thin as you can.

Eat it the way it is or put it on a salad, sammich, mince it and stuff a pepper with it, make an omelet with it......etc.

It is good.
