Damn you. The hard part is over, the fun is just beginning.

It is hard for me tho, I don't measure most here know that....because I've posted it so often.

The shrimp part is easier cause I'm gonna tell you to throw a bunch of shiz together and don't get any of it on your head.
 
I just went outside to let Behr do his bidness, my neighbor asked me to come to her place and give her 16 inches and some pain. I boinked her twice and hit her in the nose.

Just kidding. I only slapped her.
 
CK, you have the recipe for the grits...my suggestion is go to Publix, get some "quick Grits" and follow the instructions. Then top them with this!

Forget everything else going on. Concentrate on this and this only (put some love in it).

Use 21-25 shrimp. If not already, peel and devein. Leave the tail on. (presentation)

Heat some olive oil (just enough to cover the bottom of the Black Iron Skillet you are using) on low heat with a little fresh cracked pepper (3 twist from a pepper mill).

Duck, Lobster Tail, Bone-In Ribeye, Tiger Prawns, etc on the grill OR........the Hot Female Bartender?
 
A combination of bone-in and the hot chick on the opposite side of the bar.
 
Good luck CK we can cook some shrimp later. The hardest part is done.
 
I made five each of these this morning, along with a potato salad with a twist, cornbread stuffing with twist for stuffed shrimp and a pasta salad with a bunch of leftover ingredients.

Yeah, you're right. They should be an added ingredient, not a side dish. I'm starting back on south beach diet, and beans are really good for you. I just run out of ways to serve them.

Tonight I made chicken breasts with mesquite/lime marinade, mock mashed potatoes, and navy beans with green onion and cherry tomato garnish.

I'm gonna get tired of this real quick. It'll be better once my body adjusts back to good-for-me-food, but for now I just feel like I'm missin' out. (Cause I am, lol)
 
Substitute Garbanzo with them for a nice hummus!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE hummus! And when I say I love it...I mean I LOVE it!!! I've never made it, but I have several recipes. I have roasted garlic hummus in my fridge right now.
