The most nasty thing I've ever eaten, that was good, is Menudo. First time I had it I loved it, until I found out what it was. GTFO.

Malin has had the Razorback Sasquatch sushi, I hear.

ROFL

First time I ever had sushi was from Publix in Destin. The wife was driving and I'm in control of the snack. Umm umm!

I open the tray and wonder why they put guacamole in there and such a little bit at that. So I grab the first piece and scoop up all the "guacamole" and shove it in my mouth.
This is how I discovered Wasabi. Thank goodness I wasn't driving!

My wife had a good laugh.

Mexicans love it for a hangover cure. I think it's because it makes them throw up. Lol.

Employee Christmas dinner several years ago, I put out a nice display of seared ahi with a bowl of wasabi. Old Mexican husband of a kitchen employee thought it was guacamole. He was fine, but didn't know until the paramedics confirmed what had happened.

When in Korea, never go out to eat with a Korean that doesn't understand English, or, at least, have a translator with you. Lol

It looks good...then I read the recipe. I'd try it if prepared by a Hispanic Momacita.

When Chupa makes it, I'll eat it, or if she asks me to make it I will and I'll eat that. It's just not something I'm ever "in the mood for". You unnnermean what I stand?

Yes. I will never forget.

Iguana eggs.

Never. Again.

I really can't decide what I would consider weird. I guess it would be Conch down in the Keys. I was staying with a friend that lives there and I asked him the best place to find nice conch. We went to some isolated part of a bay and found several. We pulled one out, sliced it and ate it. It was really good too.

Weird? Weird isn't eating raw wild things. Weird is taking a block of frozen spinach from a box, putting it into a pot with a can of condensed mushroom soup, and letting this simmer together into goo. Double-You-Tee-Eff?

Lol, good point.

I change my answer. Mac and Cheese.

Careful. You may yet provoke another round of the unending argument put forth by some that mac and cheese was/is the manna from heaven written about in the bible.

Well it ain't, so there's that.

Spinach. Are there recipes that frozen chopped spinach is acceptable? By acceptable, I mean, it's better than fresh for that specific recipe.

And speaking of the Bible. I think the Devil is alive and well, thriving in Ft. Myers Florida, in the form of mosquitos. Rat bastages. I'm about to wage my yearly war on them.

I don't understand people's fascination, obsession or even liking Mac and cheese. I have never been a fan. Not as a child or adult. JMO, but it's nasty without good flavor. I like pasta and I like cheese, but I don't care for that combination. My kids think I'm crazy. I am, but that's another story.
